Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations and ensure the proper maintenance of production equipment.
Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) and coordinate trial production schedules.
Analyze and resolve production anomalies and quality issues effectively.
Draft and refine technical documentation, including engineering drawings and inspection standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Associate degree or higher in Science or Engineering; majors in Mechanical, Electronic, or Automation are preferred.
Capable of independently troubleshooting daily issues, conducting root cause analysis, and proposing improvement solutions.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude, meticulous work ethic, and strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
